The Outeniqua is a 50ft mono-hull and has been operating as a luxury sailing yacht since 1998. Hand built by owner & skipper, Stephan Pepler, her sleek lines are built in local indigenous woods such as Yellowwood & Hard Pear.
We are the only yacht to take you sailing through the Knysna Heads, out to the Indian Ocean and along the Knysna coastline. If the "bar" across the Heads is breaking we will be restricted to lagoon sailing. For guests who do not wish to go to the sea, we will happily sail in the lagoon. Light refreshment is included in this 2hr sail.

Take a turn at the helm, or simply relax and enjoy your surroundings as we take a sunset cruise along the lagoon and out through the Knysna Heads. Toast the end of the day with a glass of bubbly.

Let our highly experienced crew take you on a lagoon cruise, out through the Knysna Heads and sail towards Buffalo Bay. On return, after anchor is weighed in the calm waters of the lagoon, feast on a spread of delectable Mediterranean delicacies and enjoy a refreshing swim before returning to the quays.

Watch Knysna come alive, as we cruise the lagoon and anchor for a sumptuous breakfast of sparkling wine & continental fare. Cruise the lagoon, then anchor for a 3-course dinner, prepared by your own private gourmet chef..
